Bookings & DepositsA non - refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received
The remaining balance is to be paid on or before the day of the appointment
Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.
Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
Last-minute cancellations or failure to attend the appointment will result in the loss of deposit.No-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
Travel Policy Mobile bookings require a minimum of three people per booking.
Travel fees apply as follows:
$90 within a 20km radius
$1 per kilometre thereafter
Studio Policy To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, only the client is permitted in the studio.
A maximum of one guest may be allowed, provided they do not interfere with the service or workspace.
Late Arrival Policy If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your service will be cancelled and full payment remains due. This reflects the genuine loss of reserved time and materials that cannot be recovered at short notice. By booking, you agree to this policy. (This is enforceable under Australian Consumer Law
Satisfaction Policy All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you are unhappy with your service, please raise it before leaving so adjustments can be made where possible. Dissatisfaction due to a change of preference after completion is not grounds for a refund.
